Headline: ClubLoose April Event
The first ClubLoose event was held on Saturday the 2nd, and a lot of drivers came out to start off the season. There were a handful of new drivers, including myself, who came out to learn how to drift safely on a closed track. Because of the rainstorm the day before, the track was practically a swap; many of the drivers ended up off track in the mud, which we call "going for a swim".
The whole event was a ton of fun, and probably one of the best days of my life. After a whole 2010 season of photographing and hanging out, it was great to get on-track and actually drive. I was running extremely well on the beginner section, so I was allowed to drive the front course near the end of the day . My first run on the "big boy" course ended abruptly; on my transition into the second corner, my car snapped back and went head-first into a barrier.
Regardless of what happened to my car, I had an amazing day and I'll be working hard to get back out for next month's event.

That's really cool, I didn't know you did that! Do the cars get really damaged from this?
